Techniques to overcome stress and anxiety


Sat nam,

We all experience stress and anxiety at some time in our lives, some of us more frequently than others. The challenge is not the experience but how we manage it, as this impacts our daily lives; in order to understand how to manage it we need to understand our triggers. This workshop will give some insights into the triggers and the roots of these challenges.

We will practice techniques of pranayama, asana, mantra and meditation that we can take with us into our daily lives to add to our toolbox helping us manage ourselves. To end our session, there will be an extended gong bath; the vibration of the gong takes place at cellular level and induces a deep state of relaxation and calm, ensuring that you will leave the workshop feeling very relaxed.
