What to wear - comfortable loose fitting clothes which do not restrict your movements. Kundalini Yoga is practiced in bare feet. (Kundalini Yoga teachers and experienced students traditionally wear white clothing and head covering of natural fibre)
What to bring - a yoga mat if you have one, (if not we have some for you to borrow) a blanket to cover yourself during relaxation, a cushion/block/stool/sheepskin if you’d like to sit on one. Water to drink. Your gracious presense and your open mind.
Points to note - please do not eat a meal within the hour preceding class. Please let your teacher know if you are pregnant.
