Kundalini Yoga can provide us with the tools to cope with our tough lives.
 
Physically we might have sedentary jobs, eat processed foods and suffer ill health.
Mentally we might be stressed, anxious and overwhelmed by information.
Spiritually we might not feel any sense of belonging, purpose or hope.
Through exercise, meditation, pranayama and chanting we can begin to feel OK.
Regular practice of Kundalini Yoga strengthens the nerves, balances the glands, and harnesses the mind. It's for everyone; all levels of fitness and can be adapted if you need to sit on a chair.
